Slow Down. Tune in. Relax. Don’t push so hard. Drop perfection. Drop trying so hard.
Slowing down is needed. Necessary. Absolute. Be. Go within.
Slowly Pulsing In and Out.
Follow Your Rhythm.
Nurture yourself. Reflect. Relax.
Slow your day down, your mind down, your body down.
No pushing. No forcing. Only being.
No fixing. No trying. Only accepting.
Body is too tired to defend. Fight. Argue with reality.
The Mind craves Rest. Reflection. Space.
Dropping in with no agenda. Nothing to find. Nothing to know.
Being with Myself.
Opening to minute possibilities.
Allow. Space. Breathe. Space.
Inhale, Soak it in. let it go. Again.
Only be exactly as I am right now.
Honor Your Self and Surrender.
